Summary
Our survey provides quantitative estimates of angler effort, trip length, trip numbers, and fish harvest and release by anglers on the Sheep and Highwood rivers. While anecdotal evidence suggested that the Sheep and Highwood rivers are popular angling destinations, our estimates provide the most recent quantitative evidence as well as serve as a baseline for comparison over time and to other Eastern Slope streams.
