Modest increase in 2008 hunting and angling licence fees benefit conservation in Alberta Alberta Conservation Association announces a levy change for Alberta hunting and angling licences effective April 1, 2008. Costs of providing key programs have risen and the levy increase will go toward those programs, as well as provide the opportunity to increase fisheries, land management and wildlife activities.
