Photo Release and Consent for
ACA Contest Submissions

By submitting your photos and entering Alberta Conservation Assocation (ACA) photo contests, you hereby irrevocably consent to ACA using, reproducing, publishing, displaying, and distributing the photograph(s) in its publications, posters, exhibits, films, video presentations, audio-­‐video presentations, news releases, advertisements, and related communication media.

You hereby irrevocably waive all rights you may have in the photograph(s) and the content of the photograph(s), including the right to any compensation and the right to inspect or approve of any use, reproduction, display or distribution by ACA.

You agree and confirm that this statement binds me and my heirs, executors, and administrators forever.
