Taber Pheasant Festival - Account Troubleshooting

All users are required to create a new account for this year’s draw. Previous accounts will not work, and password recovery will not function for accounts from past years.

If you are having trouble signing up or logging into the draw system, please review the following common issues and how to resolve them.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email

Confirmation is sent by email only.
Some users expect a text message, but the system only sends confirmation emails.
Check your spam or junk folder.
The confirmation email may have been filtered. Look for an email from us and mark it as “Not Spam” if necessary.
Double-check your email address.
Typos such as “gmial.com” instead of “gmail.com” will prevent delivery. If you suspect an error, return to the sign-up page and register again using the correct email address.

I tried to reset my password, but it didn’t work

If you are trying to reset a password from a previous year’s account, it will not work. This year’s system requires you to create a new account, even if you have registered in the past.

Unable to view regular hunt draw results

Try refreshing the webpage to view the results.
